How much does a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software cost?
Generally speaking, the cost of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software varies depending on factors such as features, number of users, deployment method (cloud vs. on-premise), and vendor pricing models.
Prism PPM delivers a comprehensive set of features tailored to specific users’ requirements. Pricing structures include:
Business: Starts at $20 per user/per month. Billed annually
Enterprise: Customized pricing based on your needs. Contact us for a quote.
Other than the licenses are there any additional costs?
Yes. There is an annual platform fee (fixed cost) that includes the Prism PPM platform, technical support, upgrades, integrations, APIs, Single Sign On, and much more.
There is also a one-time, implementation fee which is scoped per customer to ensure your specific requirements are addressed. Implementation includes configuration, setup, training (for users and admins to fully self-support), and report customizations. You’ll work with a trained project professional who will support you with best practices during setup.
Is there a minimum number of licenses?
Yes. We require a minimum of 10 Manager Licenses to get started.
What are your payment terms?
All fees (including initial setup, platform costs, and services) are invoiced annually with invoices due upon receipt.
What payment methods do you offer?
Payment can be made via ACH, Bank Transfer, or Purchase Order.
How does support work?
Prism PPM support is one of our best features. Our in-house, friendly Support team is available via email during regular business hours. Site and login support is available, and we proactively monitor our platform and infrastructure 24/7/365.
What training options are available?
You’ll receive customized training sessions for Admins and each User Type. After implementation, you will have a dedicated Account Manager to help you with best practices and support including enablement on new features and functionality.
